Tutu Bella, LLC and the Tutu Bella® Brand was launched in 2003 by clothing designer, Anne Spencer...with the help of many friends and enthusiastic little ballerina princesses. "I wanted to create a "one stop shop" for Mommies, Daddies, Grannies, and Aunties, to buy their "little princess" the very best tutus and accessories, packaged properly, that are unique and always a hit! Possibilities are endless when it comes to "girly" dress up items..and Anne is always busy coming up with new fabulous items...that are thoughtfully designed, sewn and coordinated.
Anne also names each tutu (ie: "Princess Butterfly, Princess Rose, Glamour Girl...") and the name is printed on each tutu's hang tag. Coordinating accessories such as her rhinestone tiaras, rings, bracelets and purses are also tagged with her signature hang tag. "Packaging is very important...it is a finishing touch that can not be omitted." Because all of our graphics have been developed for Tutu Bella dressup clothes, we make delightful birthday cards, invitations, baby shower tags..you name it..we can do it - with a very special touch! We do not leave any girly details out! We even will glitter the printed cards and tags if so desired!
The bottom line is...little girls all over the US .. and in Europe, can't take off these special handmade tutus and accessories off! Placing an order through our site is processed directly through pay pal. We have found over the years it is the most reliable and secure way to handle our transactions. We do not use a middle man so credit cards are never viewed by other parties. You do NOT need to have a Pay Pal account to place an order. Bypass "create an account" if you do not wish to do so. Your order will be processed in the order it is received. Generally we will process and ship your order within a few days. Please email us if you are in a huge hurry and we will try to ship your order faster if possible.

We love doing Dance Recitals! as it is a great way to promote ourselves. We can offer discounts on quantities of our tutus etc. to achieve your budget goals. We also can coordinate cute hairbands, wings etc for additional charges. We book our recitals in the beginning of each year. Please email us if you are interested. We are often booked for the year..but perhaps we can help you in some way..large or small.
Please do not allow your child to wear tutus to bed or to dismantle the tutus if you have small children around. All of our tutus are clearly marked if they contain small parts..as well as any items we sell that may be a hazzard. Our toddler and baby tutus do not contain small parts for this reason. We do not sell necklaces to children as we feel it is unsafe. Never leave tutus or veils on hard surfaces as they can be slippery.
Our tutus are made of high quality nylon tulle. If we use other fabrications it will say
clearly on the tutu and in the web description.
